Every big thing starts as an idea someone was afraid to act on.
Maybe you’re a student deciding what comes after graduation. Maybe you’re in the middle of a career and wondering if it’s too late to change course. Maybe you have an idea you’ve carried for years and never started. Wherever you are, the question is the same: do I take the risk, or do I stay where it’s safe?
I’m R, and I’ve spent my life on the other side of that question. I started building at fifteen. Since then I’ve started businesses, watched plans fall apart overnight, and rebuilt through pandemics, economic downturns, wars, shifting politics and big changes in my own life. Each time, the people who moved forward weren’t the ones with the most money, the best timing or the perfect plan. They were the ones who learned to make decisions, manage risk and keep adapting. I call that The R Factor.
What I do
My primary work is entrepreneurship & business marketing. Secondly, I speak to students, young professionals, entrepreneurs and organizations about how to make decisions that shape your future, how to take smart risks without being paralyzed by fear, and how to turn ideas into things that exist.
My audiences leave with a clearer way to think about risk, a practical understanding of how to start with what they already have, and the confidence to take the next step.
Beyond the stage
If you want to go further than a talk, I also work as an author, advisor, coach, consultant and implementor. I help individuals and organizations make better decisions and then carry them out.
Invite me to speak
If your students, team or audience need to hear that their dreams are within reach, and how to start, let’s talk.
